Oscar JSol'Ex scripts for Sunscan
Scripts I use to process the SER videos in batch mode obtained with my SUNSCAN
Scripts
Aggressive H-alpha Stacking with Unsharp Mask
Used in batch mode, this script will automatically stack images and generate: a stacked image with classic processing, an enhanced image, a negative image, prominences, Doppler and Doppler eclipse, as well as continuum and active regions: Tuned with the help of Cedric Champeau's instructions for my SUNSCAN
Aggressive Ca-H and H-Epsilon Stacking with Unsharp Mask
Used in batch mode, this script will automatically stack images and generate: a stacked image with classical processing, an enhanced image, a negative image, prominences, a colored version and the region of the Ca-H line continuum. As well as an image and its colored version of the H-Epsilon line
Helium D3 Stacking
Used in batch mode, this script will automatically stack images and generate: a stacked image of Helium D3, a colored Helium D3 image,a direct image of the He, one of the prominences in Helium and of the sunspot groups on the Iron Fe I line (Created from the original JSol'ex script for Helium, with the help of Cedric Champeau and the book 'Guide de l'observation solaire avec un spetrohéliographe' by Christian Buil and Valérie Desnoux). To avoid detection problems of the Fe (I) reference line, it is better to select it in the treatment options and not select the Autodetect mode.
